Full-Engagement - This is where the rubber meets the road. We'll audit your company, create your comprehensive revenue strategy, and lead your marketing team. We'll be an integrated part of your internal team. We’ll work with members daily to execute your strategy and vision.
Half Day Consult - You need help developing a revenue strategy. We get it. We'll start with a period of prep work and research (via email) then compile our findings. Next, we'll schedule a 4-hour session to we’ll create your custom revenue strategy and 90-day action plan.
Ongoing Advisor - This option is less ‘hand-on’. You still get a custom marketing strategy based on your business goals. But we'll schedule live check-ins every other week (instead of daily) to keep everyone on track and we'll be available over chat or email.
Why not spend more of your time doing what you do best? Like focusing on the science, while your revenue and marketing problems get solved in the background.
Let's talk about the engagement process...
1. Meet & Greet - During our first conversation, we'll chat for about 15-30 minutes to see if we're a good fit. This is not a sales pitch. It's a chance for us to know each other like friends meeting for coffee. Feel free to share anything about your business or your growth plans.
2. Strategy: If we believe can add value to your company, we’ll schedule a follow-up call to discuss your needs in-depth. Once we understand your currently problems and we can actually help with those problems, you'll receive our recommendations and/or proposal.
3. Implementation: Once you agree to the proposal, we'll get to work. We'll kick things off with a comprehensive audit which allows us to see your company through a business lens. Next, we'll create a custom growth plan based on our findings. Once your business objections are established, we get to work. And NO, we won't be asking you to 'buy more ads,' unless of course that makes sense for your specific goals, in this moment in time.
